What a shambollic service!!!!

What a shambollic service - do not buy!!I made a mistake and purchased shoes without reading reviews in the first place, now I regret it as I am going through lenghty claim process with Paypal. Payment taken instantly but goods have never arrived , 2 weeks passed- no communication, zero responses from retailer. Avoid!!!

They really need to…

They really need to make some very serious improvements. I was ready to make an order online, but after reading so many negative online reviews I've changed my mind. Customer service should be the priority. This means easy refunds/exchanges, 100% satisfaction guaranteed, full confirmation email with delivery tracking and a reliable and courteous contact.
I will not buy!

Shoes never arrived

Shoes never arrived. I had to email them to find out what had happened. They said they don’t have any left. Despite this they did not notify me or refund me? Absolute madness and basically theft. I emailed them and they said they would refund me, this was 10 days ago and still not heard anything.

Trying to return shoes because they do…

Trying to return shoes because they do not fit. Tried to get return label and they keep sending a message that it has been sent. NOT TRUE!!!!! I got screwed out of $150 shoes that I will never wear.

Terrible company

Terrible company. My mom ordered me shoes as a graduation gift in June 2020!!! it’s almost may 2021!!! still haven’t received the shoes that we ordered almost a year ago. they stole $150, never order from them theyre a scam

My order hasn’t shipped after three…

My order hasn’t shipped after three weeks. There was a notice after I purchased the sneakers that there may be a 8-10 business day delay. However, it is clearly past that mark. I have asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded, but the company won’t do so. There should be full transparency on their website about processing and shipping delays. I wouldn’t have ordered directly from them had I known in advance. I could have ordered the same sneakers from Zappos and they would have been here weeks ago.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Poor quality shoes and way overpriced. I bought a few pairs because they were on sale. Nothing shipped for three weeks, order was canceled but no refund given. Don’t bother.

Order has never been shipped

Order has never been shipped (without notice) and only when I asked they canceled the order (due to not sufficient stock). Now I’m waiting for the refund

Appalling communication

I have emailed 3 times about an order that hasn't arrived. I still don't have an email to say they have been shipped over a week later when they say 2 - 3 days.
It must be a scam - has anyone actually been able to get hold of them?

TOTAL SCAM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Their website is a scam. I've tried to leave a negative review multiple times and they immediately take it down, hence why there are so many 5 star reviews. Horrible customer service and very cheaply made shoes. Don't waste your money!!!
